We offer a very transparent and easy to use service to our landlords.  We understand the needs and requirements of landlords and offer a range of services to meet every need.  We understand that an empty property earns no income but the costs continue! That’s why we offer a very fast service and can get your property on the market within 12 hours of you instructing us.

Our full managed fees start from £133 +vat – no commission just a simple flat fee

We offer our landlords two options, our ‘KEY TO TENANT’ let only service and our ‘KEY TO BANK’ fully managed service.

KEY TO TENANT – Tenant find service

OUR FEE FOR THIS SERVICE IS JUST £300 +VAT

This service includes:

      • Marketing & advertising of property
      • Arranging viewings and negotiating offers
      • Finding suitable tenants
      • Tenant referencing, credit searches, previous Landlord & employer references

KEY TO BANK – Fully managed service

We offer a simple flat fee for this service:
If the rent is up to £1,200 pcm we charge just £133 + vat pcm

If the rent is over £1,200 pcm we charge just £150 + vat pcm

This service includes:

      • Marketing & advertising of property
      • Accompany viewings and negotiating offers
      • Finding suitable tenants
      • Tenant referencing, credit searches, previous landlord & employer references
      • Producing a detailed inventory with photographs
      • Collecting deposit and lodging with DPS
      • Arranging property safety checks including landlord gas safety certificates
      • Legally compliant tenancy agreement
      • Collecting monthly rent on behalf of Landlord
      • Preparation of monthly rent statements
      • Quarterly inspections of property
      • Notification of utilities on behalf of landlord
      • 24h maintenance and repairs service
      • Payment of maintenance invoices
      • Negotiate end of tenancy and deposit
      • Managing the checkout process
