We offer a very transparent and easy to use service to our landlords.  We understand the needs and requirements of landlords and offer a range of services to meet every need.  We understand that an empty property earns no income but the costs continue! That’s why we offer a very fast service and can get your property on the market within 12 hours of you instructing us.

Our full managed fees start from just 6% 

We offer our landlords two options, our ‘KEY TO TENANT’ let only service and our ‘KEY TO BANK’ fully managed service.


KEY TO TENANT – Let only service

      • Marketing & advertising of property
      • Accompany viewings and negotiating offers
      • Finding suitable tenants
      • Tenant referencing, credit searches, previous Landlord & employer references
      • Collecting first month’s rent and deposit from tenants

KEY TO BANK – Fully managed service

We at House-Hut like to offer you options, so for our Fully Management service there are two choices:

SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER 45% +VAT 1ST MONTHS RENT THEN 6% +VAT PER MONTH FOR NEXT 5 MONTHS plus FREE floorplan. Call for details. T&Cs apply.

Our standard rates:

Option One – An initial fee of 50% first month rent + VAT is payable, followed by a monthly management fee of 8% + VAT

Option Two – Just a simple monthly management fee 15% + VAT. NO INITIAL FEES

This service includes:

      • Marketing & advertising of property
      • Accompany viewings and negotiating offers
      • Finding suitable tenants
      • Tenant referencing, credit searches, previous landlord & employer references
      • Producing a detailed inventory with photographs
      • Collecting first month’s rent and deposit from tenants
      • Arranging property safety checks including landlord gas safety certificates
      • Quarterly inspections of property
      • Rent Collection
      • Preparation of monthly rent statements
      • Notification of utilities on behalf of landlord
      • Arranging maintenance and repairs with trades as necessary
      • Payment of maintenance invoices
      • Negotiate end of tenancy and deposit
      • Managing the checkout process
