Individual Franchise
In addition to our full franchises we also offer individual franchises. An individual franchise offers lower entry costs, and removes the necessity to employ staff in the early stages. Operations and tasks are shared between you the franchise owner and head office.
BACKGROUND
We realise that in the current economic climate finance can be difficult to obtain and for many people this can be a major obstacle preventing them realising their dream of owning and running their own business. We have set up House-Hut personal franchises to address this. By sharing the burden and costs of setting up a new business we make it easier for you to start up a franchise with us.
HOW IT WORKS
With a House-Hut individual franchise we undertake many of the background tasks which are essential in the smooth and efficient running of an estate agency. This leaves you free to concentrate on appraising properties, taking instructions, dealing with offers and looking after your vendors. We handle all the initial telephone and email enquires (so you are not tied to the phone), arrange viewings and deal with advertising. With House-Hut you are part of an award winning team which is an essential ingredient to the success of franchise owners.
We offer a comprehensive four week training programme and no experience in estate agency is required. Continuous ongoing support and advice is provided throughout the duration of the franchise term. We are never more then a phone call away.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost of an individual franchise package is just £1999. In addition you will need a small amount of equipment including a car and a computer.
WHAT ARE THE ONGOING COSTS?
You will need around £300pw to cover the costs of telephones, postage, travel and marketing.
HOW LONG IS THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?
The franchise agreement is for five years and can be renewed at the end of this period subject to satisfactory operation of the franchise. There is no renewal fee.
CAN I SELL MY FRANCHISE
?
Yes you own the franchise and have the right to sell it on the open market at any time you wish. As you business grows so will its value.
