Award winning Estate Agency House-Hut has opened a new branch covering Gloucestershire.

House-Hut Gloucestershire are changing the face of Estate Agencies by offering the same great level of service you would expect from a high street Agency, but without the high commission. We also stand out from many of the online Estate Agencies that appear to offer a low fee but in reality have many add-on charges. We offer a selection of clear pricing options to suit individual circumstances. Whichever pricing option you choose you will receive the same quality and professional service. Our agents are born and bred in the county with many years knowledge of the Gloucestershire property market including Gloucester, Cheltenham, Forest of Dean and the Cotswolds.

If you are thinking about selling your home or you want to find out more please call us on 01242 361085.

About Cheltenham

Cheltenham is a regency spa town located on the edge of the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty within Gloucestershire.

The town is host to several internationally renowned festivals, including the Cheltenham Literature Festival and Cheltenham Jazz Festival to name a few.  The town is also host to the most famous event in the racing calendar -The Cheltenham Gold Cup – which takes place every March at Cheltenham Racecourse.

Cheltenham has an abundance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops including many independent establishments, all set within the beautiful regency architecture of the town.

When it comes to education, there is a range of excellent primary and secondary schools, including most notably Cheltenham Ladies College, founded in 1853.

With great access to the M5 and excellent rail links, Cheltenham is an ideal base for those commuting to major cities including Bristol, Birmingham and London.

Gloucestershire is a rural county with a population of approximately 600,000.  Set alongside the River Severn and including the Cotswolds hills and the Forest of Dean. Gloucestershire is a rural county for those that enjoy the countryside.  There are, however, a number of popular towns and cities within the county, many famous for their sport, shopping, tourism, festivals and history. Gloucestershire has also been the backdrop for many films and TV productions including, most famously, Harry Potter.
