Internal Sales Negotiators/Administrators – Either Part Time Or Full Time Positions Available. December 2016
An opportunity has arisen in our busy, high pressured and expanding Estate Agency for an additional Internal Sales/Telesales Negotiator. Estate Agency experience not necessary as training will be given but a sales/telesales background is essential. Must be high energy, really good with people and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Must be very sales and goal orientated with a will to succeed, well organised and have good written English. You will need good negotiating skills and to be comfortable dealing with the unpredictable day to day workings of a non-traditional Estate Agents. You will be able to work as happily within a team or, at times on your own. The applicant will be required to work variable hours between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday – Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis. We offer the successful applicant an attractive remuneration package with a generous performance related bonus structure
