SERVICE OPTIONS
Fixed fee advertising service
For a fixed fee of just £99 we will market your property on all our websites including Rightmove and findaproperty. By unleashing the advertising power of these websites we can bring your property to the widest possible market to ensure you find a tenant quickly and maximise your rental income.
Tenant find only
This option operates on a No tenant - No fee basis!
Initial consultation and rental valuation; accompanied viewings if required; marketing of property including our website, Rightmove and other property websites and local press; interview and references on prospective tenants; inventory and inspections, if required; preparation of agreement and renewing when due; set up standing order mandate to landlord; collecting deposit and first months rent.
Fully Managed
This option operates on a No tenant - No fee basis!
Initial consultation and rental valuation; accompanied viewings if required; marketing of property including our website, Rightmove and other property websites and local press; interview and references on prospective tenants; inventory and inspections; preparation of agreement and renewing when due; set up standing order mandate; collect deposit and register it with The Deposit Protection Scheme; take meter readings and register them with relevant suppliers; monthly rent collection; arrange for maintenance works to be carried out in consultation with the landlord; arrange yearly gas safety checks; quarterly inspections and report of findings; carry out final inspection when tenant leaves and agree deposit return.

Fixed Fee Advertising Service
All you pay us is just £99.00!

Tenant Find Only
50% of the first months rent
£50 legal fee for tenancy agreement,
(optional) £100 for inventory, quarterly inspections and final inspection
A fee of £10.00 will be charged for the renewal of contracts
Fully Managed
7% of each months rent.
£50 legal fee for tenancy agreement.
£100 for inventory, quarterly inspection and final inspection.
A fee of £10.00 will be charged for the renewal of contracts. This charge does not apply if contract runs on a periodic contract.
